Alok has over 20 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry across operations, process optimization, regulatory compliance & IT. A hands on executive, Alok has been instrumental in creating and building sustainable and scalable integrated data, operations and technology teams to supplement operational efficiencies and improve service delivery. Previously, Alok has spent more than a decade at Purnartha Investment Advisers where he was involved in setting up operations and compliance teams from ground up. He has a stint in entrepreneurship.
Currently, as the Chief Operating Officer at SageOne, Alok works closely with the management team in linking strategy, execution and accountability and aligning operational processes around shared objectives. His keen focus on data-driven operations, analytics and automation goes a long way in creating and building a culture of operational excellence.
Alok is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pune.
