Karishma has earlier worked with Axis bank Ltd (Wealth Department) and IIFL Wealth Management where she has managed NRIs and HNI clients as a client service representative. She has done Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University. She has also done her PGDIB (Finance) from NIIT, Pune.
