Sharad brings over 16 years of rich experience & expertise in Indian Equity Capital markets. In his last role as Head Equity Sales & Senior Vice President in Edelweiss, Sharad played a vital role in building and scaling up the Professional Investors Equities Desk practice, He was also part of the senior leadership group at Edelweiss Financial Services. He has worked with Edelweiss Financial Services for over 12 years with over 4 years in investment banking and over 8 years in Private Wealth Management.
Sharad has been recognised as ‘Top under 40’ Alternative Investment Professional 2021, an annual award ceremony felicitated by AIWMI.
Sharad is a commerce graduate from St. Xaviers’ College, Kolkata, MS Finance (erstwhile Indian CFA) from ICFAI, Hyderabad and M.B.A Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is also a guest lecturer at several colleges in Mumbai.
